Hip problems
Hi,
I had a sore hip muscle at the back of my hip. The Dr. said we will drain the fluid out then give you a Cortisone shot. I said no way my hip was so sore it was painful sitting and going up stairs.

Fluid on knee
I had a sac of fluid to the upper-right of my knee. Quite large. I continued to pursue my daily routine which consisted of morning workouts at the gym including ‘spin’ class. I ordered the patch because I have a meniscus tear on my knees which allows fluid to build into a baker’s cyst. So bending my knees is very uncomfortable and can be very painful at times.
I’ve been to see a specialist and checked into treatments myself and they are all invasive and very painful sounding. So when I came across your website, I though what the heck, I should give it a try.
