The patches are applied and worn through the night and then discarded in the morning (single use). Normally one patch is worn each consecutive night (approx 8-10hrs) over the area affected, although more than one can be worn if required.

Eight years ago I had a work place accident and injured my left shoulder. After extensive physio & sports rehab the doctors advised me to get cortisone injections. I ordered the patch because I have a meniscus tear on my knees which allows fluid to build into a baker’s cyst. So bending my knees is very uncomfortable and can be very painful at times.

My patches arrived on Feb. 10th. I have now used 9 of the patches, wearing one sometimes during the day.
I have noticed significant results, although there is still some swelling in the bursa in my left elbow.

I never actually ended up using them on a baker’s Cyst but rather on the fluid that had collected around my knee due to osteoarthritis.
