The patches are applied and worn through the night and then discarded in the morning (single use). Normally one patch is worn each consecutive night (approx 8-10hrs) over the area affected, although more than one can be worn if required.

I have always been a very active person over the years. A couple of years ago I developed quite a discomfort in my left hip. This order is my second one…. I developed a Baker’s cyst (I think) behind my left knee, jumping up and down hard on a truckload of brush I was trying to compact…. My brother bought your patches for the bursitis in my heel.
