Important Information

* All our deliveries ship from Australia. We have been notified by our freight company that there are flight disruptions and cancellations impacting all inbound and outbound items to countries outside Australia. We have been working with our postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. However due to the ever-changing situation, delays may occur in all destination countries which we understandably have no control over.

Please note: Mail is still considered an ESSENTIAL SERVICE and while there shall be delays, the postal service will remain open.

By making a purchase you confirm that you are happy for us to dispatch your order and understand that there may likely be delays. While we shall make every effort to send your item out expediently, you accept that delays are unfortunately likely to occur and outside of our control. Subsequently you accept that MediWise will not be liable for any late deliveries, regardless of the length of the delay.

Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed and packed within 12 – 24 hours of receiving your order.  Deliveries are then dispatched every business day (Mon-Fri) at approximately 11:30am, other than on public holidays.

Orders placed after 11:30am (Sydney EST/EDT) on a Friday or over the weekend shall be dispatched on Monday morning or Tuesday if the Monday falls on a public holidays.

If an email address was provided with your order then you shall receive an email notification following your items dispatch.

We reserve the right to make changes to our shipping policy from time to time. Any changes to our shipping policy shall be made on this page and shall only apply to purchases made after the date of such changes.

Whenever mentioned a Business Day/s or Working Day refers to a Monday-Friday and excludes public holidays.

Shipping method and times:
All merchandise is currently shipped from our fulfilment centre in Sydney Australia. At this time orders are not able to be collected directly from this location.

All deliveries are insured however only orders over $100 in value shall have a tracking number issued.

Note: When waiting for your item please be mindful of other factors that are out of our control that may delay your delivery. These include public holidays, Christmas and New Year’s time, as well as natural weather events such as heavy snow fall and blizzards.

Shipping to a different address:
If you wish to arrange your purchase to be shipped to an address other than your normal address we are happy to do this. It shall however be the purchaser’s responsibility to clearly place your preferred delivery details into the correct area of the form when completing your order.

Should you realize after completing your order that the delivery details need to change you can email us immediately after your purchase with your order details and clear instructions as to any amendments. Please note that if you advise us at least 30min before the dispatch times stated above then we shall be able to update your address before dispatch.

Knee problems

Dear Danniel,

I fell 1.5 meters landing on my patella. The pain was severe, after 2 weeks on crutches I was left with a fluid-filled bursa the size of half a golf-ball. I already had a swelling just below my kneecap for 5 years, and another specialist had thought this was probably a lipoma.

I’ve used 16 patches so far, in conjunction with acupuncture. The bursa began to shrink from the first patch, and is now almost gone. I’ve been able to return to my Taiji classes. What is more surprising is that the ‘lipoma’ also has almost vanished.

So, no invasive needle drainage for me, no surgery, and I’m recovering fast.

Knee problems

Dear Toky,

Some time ago I corresponded with you and was duly sent 10 patches to try for bursitis of the knee. As I am a Carmelite Nun, our life is dedicated to prayer so kneeling is rather important!! I kept off the knee for a long time before trying the patches and found it helped to ease the condition, however, it still felt painful to kneel.

After using the first night, sure enough, there were signs fluid had been drawn off. The second night the same. The area became flat and normal. I have gingerly begun kneeling again with knee pads. However, I have noticed there is now no pain and the knee looks perfectly normal.

This was a couple of weeks ago, and I thought I would give it a good go to make sure before informing you of the patches’ success! So that is good news, and I am delighted.

I would also like to mention that your attitude to your customers is exemplary and obviously sincere. I am very grateful and will certainly recommend them.

Baker's cyst

Hi there!

I’ve been wanting to write you about your product, OSMO Patches.

I have a baker’s cyst behind my knee that I’ve had aspirated three times at great expense. After the third time of aspiration, the doctor injected steroids, stating that I most likely wouldn’t ever have another problem. Well, my cyst began to return in about 3 days and was soon as large as it had been before my procedure. Tears.

Long story short, I went online and found your product, OSMO Patches. I was so excited to try it. The first night nothing really happened; but the second morning when I removed the patch, I couldn’t believe my eyes! I was thrilled!!! It really worked! Baker's cyst

Dear Toky,

Thank you for your answer. My cyst is on the medial ventral surface of my knee. I have been placing the patches directly on top of the cyst, although it cannot be seen, but I know where it is from the ultrasound studies and the pain.

I believe the area is healing and am very pleased with your product. I keep losing my cane and that is a good sign and means I am needing it less every day.

Elbow bursitis

Hi, I wanted to send you a testimonial on the patches.

I woke up one Saturday morning and saw a bulge on my elbow with fluid in there and decided to Google it. I learnt many people opted to drain it. That was not appealing to me at all!
