My name is Garry Gracey; I am a former HANDBALL CHAMPION. I banged my elbow while playing handball. I think I will save my last two patches in case I need them. Right now, I have such great improvement, I am no longer wearing the knee brace and I can walk up and down stairs with alternating feet.

I’ve had bakers cyst under my knee cap for 5 years and I’ve been in constant agony and haven’t been able to bend my knee for 5 years.

I just received my parcel yesterday Wed Dec. 29th and after following the directions how to apply I put one on and it’s easing the pain in my shoulder. It seems that it’s working for me and I have to be careful to watch the food I am eating.

I have just started using OSMO patches on my hip and have had some significant relief after only two nights of use.

I was wondering if they could also work on a large ganglion on a wrist?

These are honestly the best pain patches of them all.

I have tried 4 other brands before finding the OSMO Patch. They don’t get rid of the pain, but they certainly make things bearable.
