Last lot sure made a difference. I was able to not be awakened by an aching bursa during the night. One night before; was so bad that I had to sit in a lounge chair and ice my shoulder regularly through the night.

Hi, just a quick note that I feel I needed to write about the OSMO Patches. In September I tripped over while running and fell on my knee which left me with a fractured bone at the back of my knee which in turn ruptured my cruciate ligament. Although back on track now after various braces, crutches and hydrotherapy plus physiotherapy, it seemed I had gained a cyst at the back of my knee. I just reordered some of those wonderful patches. I also wanted to leave some feedback. I’ve used the patches once before for my shoulder bursitis. The most pain I have is at night, and it is very hard to sleep.
So, I tried to patches, and to my amazement, the pain is 99% better, and I can sleep. At any time when the pain wakes me, I can go back to sleep (which I couldn’t before).
