Just to say we’ve ordered 20 more patches as the first lot really improved the Bursitis in my Elbow. It reduced the pain mainly, but although it seems full of fluid in the mornings the swelling has not reduced greatly. Mind you it’s quite an art fitting them firmly to an elbow & still being able to move!

Thank you, this is my second round of patches.
First, I had a baker’s cyst on the back of my knee, used 6 patches, pain and cyst GONE!
Have had no problems since. So, I gave the rest to a friend. He said his went away but only used 4, so wants to try more, and I have had something come up on my wrist, going to try patches. Will see what happens.

Eight years ago I had a work place accident and injured my left shoulder. After extensive physio & sports rehab the doctors advised me to get cortisone injections. Not only was this a painful procedure, it didn’t work! I had my first Bakers Cyst about 10 years ago and unfortunately the left over patches are a bit past the used by date to treat the one I developed Tuesday night at tennis. Can’t wait for my order to arrive.
My son is a Dr in London and I asked if he had had much to do with bakers Cysts and he said yes = crazy sportsman too who’s had far too many serious injuries. He said go and see the local sports med doc but I said I will be using OSMO Patches again.

I got the patches yesterday evening. I have had five knee operations on my right knee and have arthritis. I also have a baker’s cyst on the back of my knee and off to the front.

Thank you for the OSMO Patches they arrived Friday 18th February just five days after I placed an order!
OSMO Patches have the Wow factor. I used two patches at a time, one on the popiteal cyst and one on the calf. After four days the popiteal cyst was so much better. Thank you for your informative reply, I shall take notice of the hints and tips in your e-mail and will apply them during the treatment of my wife’s Trochanteric Bursitis.
It may interest you to know of the progress with the OSMO patches. Days 1 to 4 a small reduction in the swelling in the thigh. Days 4 to 7 a further reduction in swelling but no reduction in pain. Days 8 to 9 swelling almost gone and a big reduction in pain. We now await delivery of our second box of patches and hope the improvement continues.
