Fluid on knee

I had a sac of fluid to the upper-right of my knee. Quite large. I continued to pursue my daily routine which consisted of morning workouts at the gym including ‘spin’ class. Needless to say, I aggravated the whole situation. My leg became swollen, and quite painful. It was only after the swelling went down did I notice the sac.

Upon searching myself for possible causes, I came across your site and since it was a ‘natural’ remedy, I didn’t think it would do any harm. I’ve had good results with other natural products, so why not give it a try.

Hi there, I’ve been wanting to write you about your product, OSMO Patches.

I have a baker’s cyst behind my knee that I’ve had aspirated three times at great expense. I have always been a very active person over the years. A couple of years ago I developed quite a discomfort in my left hip. Thank you for your informative reply, I shall take notice of the hints and tips in your e-mail and will apply them during the treatment of my wife’s Trochanteric Bursitis.

It may interest you to know of the progress with the OSMO patches. Days 1 to 4 a small reduction in the swelling in the thigh. Days 4 to 7 a further reduction in swelling but no reduction in pain. Days 8 to 9 swelling almost gone and a big reduction in pain. We now await delivery of our second box of patches and hope the improvement continues.

This order is my second one…. I developed a Baker’s cyst (I think) behind my left knee, jumping up and down hard on a truckload of brush I was trying to compact…. I’m 67 years old, and the next morning, I had pain behind my knees, then a large egg behind my left knee. I searched the internet, and found your website, and ordered the patches. They worked well to bring down the swelling. Then, I jumped up and down on a shovel, digging a ditch, and the swelling returned. I used up the rest of my patches, and the swelling went down.
