I have just started using OSMO patches on my hip and have had some significant relief after only two nights of use. I was wondering if they could also work on a large ganglion on a wrist?

I have been meaning to write you for some time now and tell you how great the OSMO patches have worked for me.

I have had Baker’s cysts over the past 4 years on both knees. My Orthopedic Specialist drained them numerous times, plus gave me cortisone shots. Ankle (Achilles Bursitis)

About 2 years ago I developed bursitis on my right ankle which was extremely painful. I tried traditional physio, ultrasound, laser, and stretching to no avail.

Hello Toky,

I used the patches for 5 nights on by left knee with bakers cyst and by the fifth time, the patch was dry- I then took that to mean that all fluid has been removed.

It’s been 2 days since that I have no pain, no more swelling at back of left knee, compared to my right knee they both feel/look the same size, which tells me they are normal sizes again.

Eight years ago I had a work place accident and injured my left shoulder. After extensive physio & sports rehab the doctors advised me to get cortisone injections. Not only was this a painful procedure, it didn’t work! I proceeded to have physio treatment off and on for the next 8 years, taking anti inflammatory medication for longer than I should have & resigning myself to the fact that I would have restricted movement and pain in my shoulder for the rest of the foreseeable future.
