I’ve had knee problems for 3 decades and have had 4 surgeries due to an ACL Tear and numerous Meniscus tears. Due to these problems, I’ve had a chronic problem with a Baker’s Cist in back of my knee. I’ve been living with the Baker’s Cyst for years and the swelling that this Cyst caused kept me in constant pain.

This order is my second one…. I developed a Baker’s cyst (I think) behind my left knee, jumping up and down hard on a truckload of brush I was trying to compact…. I’m 67 years old, and the next morning, I had pain behind my knees, then a large egg behind my left knee. I searched the internet, and found your website, and ordered the patches. They worked well to bring down the swelling. Then, I jumped up and down on a shovel, digging a ditch, and the swelling returned. I used up the rest of my patches, and the swelling went down.

I am writing to sing your praises! I am not kidding. I was first diagnosed with a Baker’s cyst approximately three months ago. The pain became increasingly intense, so I finally made an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. He explained that the cyst was most likely the result from a torn meniscus and that I would require surgery. In the meantime, my patches I had ordered arrived, so I had used five patches by the time I returned to the orthopedic surgeon for the follow up for my MTI. Bursa on the elbow

Hello Toky,

I used the patches for 5 nights on by left knee with bakers cyst and by the fifth time, the patch was dry- I then took that to mean that all fluid has been removed.

It’s been 2 days since that I have no pain, no more swelling at back of left knee, compared to my right knee they both feel/look the same size, which tells me they are normal sizes again.

Thank you for your informative reply, I shall take notice of the hints and tips in your e-mail and will apply them during the treatment of my wife’s Trochanteric Bursitis.

It may interest you to know of the progress with the OSMO patches. Days 1 to 4 a small reduction in the swelling in the thigh. Days 4 to 7 a further reduction in swelling but no reduction in pain. Days 8 to 9 swelling almost gone and a big reduction in pain. We now await delivery of our second box of patches and hope the improvement continues.

I have been suffering from bursitis in my right hip since last August.

I saw your website and ordered 20 patches. I used a patch for 3 nights and didn’t notice much difference, and there was just a slight amount of fluid in the patches each night.
