I’ve had knee problems for 3 decades and have had 4 surgeries due to an ACL Tear and numerous Meniscus tears. Due to these problems, I’ve had a chronic problem with a Baker’s Cist in back of my knee. I’ve been living with the Baker’s Cyst for years and the swelling that this Cyst caused kept me in constant pain.

I had a baker’s cyst over a year ago, and with time (months), it diminished. Doctor said he did not recommend anything but the R.I.C.E. therapy (which helped some). This order is my second one…. I developed a Baker’s cyst (I think) behind my left knee, jumping up and down hard on a truckload of brush I was trying to compact…. I’m 67 years old, and the next morning, I had pain behind my knees, then a large egg behind my left knee. I searched the internet, and found your website, and ordered the patches. They worked well to bring down the swelling. Then, I jumped up and down on a shovel, digging a ditch, and the swelling returned. I used up the rest of my patches, and the swelling went down.

Trochanteric Bursitis

Thank you for your informative reply, I shall take notice of the hints and tips in your e-mail and will apply them during the treatment of my wife’s Trochanteric Bursitis.

It may interest you to know of the progress with the OSMO patches. Days 1 to 4 a small reduction in the swelling in the thigh. Days 4 to 7 a further reduction in swelling but no reduction in pain. Days 8 to 9 swelling almost gone and a big reduction in pain. We now await delivery of our second box of patches and hope the improvement continues.
